I am currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the College of Business at Georgia Southern University, Armstrong campus in Savannah, GA. I graduated in 2016 from the University of Iowa, Iowa City with a PhD in Marketing. My research and teaching interest lie in digital and social media. I am currently exploring the impact of social media information, such as social media comment volume and sentiment, on firm financial performance.
My educational background includes a MBA, in Marketing Research, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and another MBA, in Marketing, from Kathmandu University - Nepal. I did my undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly Regional Institute of Technology), Jamshedpur, India.
